Clement holds a PhD in Ecology & Mycology from the University of Hong Kong and is currently a Research Associate with the Av-Gay lab.
Clement’s research interests are related to the evolution, transmission and population genetics of microbial pathogens. He is currently focused on using whole genome sequencing analysis to look for novel drug targets in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Clement is a fan of British football, specifically Arsenal FC, and enjoying following the team in his spare time.
